What to do if you have symptoms of Coronavirus?

You must stay at home if you have symptoms. You will need to self-isolate, along with any members of your household, as detailed in the ‘Self-Isolation’ section below.

Please do not go to a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital. You do not need to contact 111 to tell them you're staying at home.

I need some help

Use the NHS 111 online coronavirus service in the first instance if:

  • you feel you cannot cope with your symptoms at home
  • your condition gets worse

Only call 111 if you cannot get help online. For life-threatening emergencies call 999 for an ambulance.
