Big7Tea event, celebrating 70 years of the NHS

Social opportunities to boost mental health

Did you know there are a range of social opportunities in the local community that can have a positive impact on mental health and wellbeing? You may have heard of the term ‘social prescribing’, this describes a variety of activities such as arts, gardening, befriending and exercise, provided by organisations including voluntary, community and faith sector groups.

Come along to our Big7Tea event, celebrating 70 years of the NHS, and join in our conversation over a cuppa and cake (fruit will be available too):
? Hear about social opportunities happening in your community
? Tell us what would help you and make a difference to your life
? To help us to promote social opportunities in the future, let us know where you would like us to advertise them
