50+Yoga Therapy Class, Radcliffe

Our experienced CNHC and IAYT registered Yoga Therapist, Olivia Rigby, leads our friendly, relaxed and supportive yoga sessions. We have all levels of fitness and abilities and Olivia uses a wide range of props and supports, including chair based practices, to accommodate everyone.  The sessions focus on maintaining movement throughout the body, especially the spine.  Physical, mental and emotional issues are dealt with in a balanced, therapeutic practice that incorporates all areas of yoga including postures, relaxation, breathing exercises and work with sound.  It is appropriate for a wide range of health conditions and is recommended for maintaining good over all health and wellbeing. 

Located in the St John Ambulance building, opposite Radcliffe ASDA. Our facilities are warm and comfortable and have complete disabled access throughout, and free parking outside.  Classes are on a Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 1.30-3pm.  All sessions are drop-in so you do not have to book in advance and just come along when you can.  All equipment is provided. Please wear loose comfortable clothes so you can move your body without restriction.
