Socialise Day Centre for Adults with Disabilities

We are a day service providing community activities for vulnerable adults.  Minimum age 16, our eldest member is currently 84.  We offer safe and stimulating activities to adults with disabilities, elderly and special needs.  We also do trips out and special events.  All our staff is NVQ trained in Health and Social care, DBS checked and a first aider is on site.

Notes

The Centre has disabled access including large equipped disabled toilet, ramps and rails and inside is all on one level (no steps)  The centre is maintained and checked by Manchester City Council for electrical, fire equipment etc.  The centre is not far from Heaton Park and situated on Victoria Avenue.  Minutes away from the Motorway M60 Junction 22.  We have a safe enclosed garden area.  Free safe parking is available outside the building and space for drop-offs such as Ring and Ride and Minibuses.
