About this service
Ainsworth Social Club was launched with the help of funding from Ambition for Ageing, to provide Ainsworth with its own independent social club for the over 50's
Our aim is to establish a club in the village where older people can gather together on a regular basis to keep fit in body and mind as well as enjoy each other's company
Our motto is 'Challenge Yourself'! We offer a range of activities - which are determined by the members themselves - including table tennis, carpet bowls, pool and board games as well as speakers and workshops
We also have outings- e.g. walks, theatre trips and meals out
What's on?
- Club Nights 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month 7.30 - 9.00pm
- All are welcome and we ask for a minimum donation of £2, which includes refreshments
