There are many fitness and wellbeing classes available, each one has different benefits.
All our classes are suitable for men and women of all fitness levels.
Instructors will adapt classes to fit the needs of everyone taking part.

- Bodypump - 11.00am to 12,00pm (Studio one)
- Fight FX - 12.00pm to 12.45pm (Studio one)
- Bodypump - 5.30pm to 6.30pm (Studio one)
- Family Yoga (5yrs+) - 5.30pm to 6.30pm (Studio two)
- Yoga - 6.30pm to 7.30pm (Studio two)
