GM Resilience Hub

About this service

The Resilience Hub was set up in response to the Manchester Arena Attack in 2017 to co-ordinate care and support for thousands of children, young people and adults whose mental health and/or emotional wellbeing was affected.

It provides a central point for mental health advice and support.

It is also providing support for all health and care workers who live or work in Greater Manchester.  Covid has created challenging and uncertain times, as we’ve been asked to change our routines and how we take care of ourselves and our families.

Visit the website for details of the support available for health and care workers and their families.

You can contact us by phone or email:

Phone: 03330 095 071

Email: GM.help@nhs.net

We are open from 9am - 3pm, Monday - Thursday (excluding bank holidays).

Appointments and workshops can be pre-arranged outside of these hours. If we are unable to answer your call immediately, you will have the option of leaving a message and we will call you back as soon as possible.

You can also leave a message outside of our opening hours on this number
