About Us:-

Meadow View is a specialist 52 week fully integrated, therapeutic, education and care facility situated in Lancashire. The provision meets the needs of young people aged 8 - 16 with complex educational needs, communication difficulties and challenging behaviours. Meadow View replicates our highly successful provision in the North East, The Grange, which has rapidly achieved ‘Outstanding’ status (OFSTED) and clearly demonstrates life changing outcomes for young people.

Pupils attending the Integrated Therapeutic Provision live in the 52 week children’s home which is located on-site. There are close links between the Home and the on-site Learning Centre to ensure the best possible care, education and therapy for all
