About this service
The Noor ul Islam Mosque was founded in 1978 by the Muslim community of Bury. The Mosque initially occupied just one floor of an old run down handbag factory on Yarwood Street. Today the Mosque consists of the entire building aswell as a sister centre, Maqam al Arba’in.
