The Extra Care housing scheme is a popular option to allow people to live independently, but with the comfort of on-site housing and care support. It offers security, whilst maintaining residents' privacy and for people to be part of a supportive and inclusive community.

There are a range of activities and social events for residents to get involved with. This type of scheme is beneficial for people who prefer their own space, privacy and independent lifestyle, in comparison to residential care homes.

The scheme offered at Peachment Place is designed to provide a high standard of affordable housing in 60 independent, unfurnished apartments for people over 55 years of age who have some form of care support need.
