Stepping Stones is an informal peer support group for women who identify as lesbian, bisexual or who are exploring their sexuality. The group provides a safe and welcoming space for women who are new to the area, 'coming out', have just come out of a relationship or simply want other women to talk to and share experiences with. The group chooses and organises discussions around such things as sexual health, homophobia and coming out. The group regularly invites guest speakers on a variety of topics that have included legal issues, and health and well-being. The group is for women aged from 18 years old, with no upper age limit and meet on the group meets on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month from 7.30-9.00pm.
