Streetwise @ Early Break (previously Streetwise 2000)

Streetwise @ Early Break offer one-to-one support, group work and peer-led programmes for young people who may be experiencing difficulties with their social, emotional or mental health.

Streetwise offer support to young people aged 14-16 via CAMHS and also provide the Hidden Talent programme for young people aged 16-25 who are not in education, employment or training.

You may be aware that Streetwise merged organisations with Early Break in September 2018. This means you can contact Early Break directly for any support with your emotional health who will put you in touch with the Streetwise team.
