The Heys School

The Heys School is a mainstream, co-educational, non-selective, non-denominational secondary school, for children aged 11-16.  

We are situated in Prestwich, Manchester, near to the Metrolink and the M60 motorway system and we have around 850 pupils on our roll. We are a school which is determined to move forward, we have a clear direction, with strong leadership and we are 100% committed to making us the best school for pupils, parents and staff.  

Our vision is ‘realising greatness’; as we want every individual in our care to have the opportunity to realise their own greatness. We promote a culture of high expectations, within a supportive environment, based upon our core values of, ‘Be Respectful, Be Kind, Be Determined'.
