About this service
We are a short stay or respite service for adults over the age of 18 with a Learning Disability and/or Physical Disability and those with autism, on either a planned or emergency basis. We are based in Whitefield, run by Persona Care and Support in Whitefield and we are CQC (Care Quality Commission) registered.
We enable support that makes a positive impact.
